i came across a site called
zero TAG and, basically, they hate graffiti. for instance, they say:
Research shows that graffiti is what happens when good people do nothing. that's interesting. i was under the impression that street art is a legitimate form of expression that exposes a different perspective.
but when i saw this on their site:

i was actually really saddened. i thought a lot of time, planning, scaling, and innate design sense went into that. and it was beautiful.
then they had a list of banned items. like encouraging graffiti:

but, mostly the site was a bunch of strange opinions that seemed very ego-centric (
